SaferWood is the world’s first ignition-resistant Exterior Fire Retardant Treated Wood evaluated compliant to the International Wildland Urban Interface (IWUIC) by the International Code Council (ICC). It's also an approved building material by Fire Safe Marin and the CA Fire Safe Council.
Just Fences is able to source SaferWood through local lumber yards. The materials (species, type) vary since each distributor provides the lumber to SaferWood for treatment. However, rest assured, irrespective of the distributor, it's the same SaferWood product that we purchase and install. While Just Fences will order and purchase the materials for your project, we want to invite you to personally review the information below. These products can help alleviate your fire safety concerns by creating a "hardening of your home" that protects life and property. And SaferWood offers each owner a Limited Lifetime Warranty after installation.
